Dear Racers,

You will be aware there is significant changes to the way the world is at the moment.

We want to keep our facilities available to you as best we can but we must now impose some strict new ways to work practice days.

https://wskc.alphatiming.co.uk/register/msa

You must log onto alpha wither you are a Gold/Bronze or even a Trial/Non Member  – you must select your relevant membership type as your Race Class (e.g. Gold / Bronze / Non Member) instead of Bambino/Honda etc.. this will then allow you to register to attend practice events at WSKC – the only two dates available are this weekend currently – by selecting the correct membership type you will be asked to complete payment online – Golds this is obviously free, Bronze £40, Non Members £60 – you cannot pay at the track or by cash!!

Only pre booked slots will be allowed track access – this prevents the need for signing on and close contact with the marshals.

Children & Risk Groups: We recommend kids are kept isolated at the track and do not play in the paddock together, we also recommend anyone in a risk category do not attend at all. Our advice is if you attend WSKC do not visit anyone or interact socially with anyone in a risk category for a minimum of 14days. These are difficult to follow but we must stress this is guidance relevant to that the government is currently issuing, following this will hopefully allow us to remain open as much as possible.

If you have shown any symptoms in the last 14 days please do not attend. These are unprecedented times and we know we all love the sport however our health and safety of everyone involved must be priority.

Sessions may be split so there is a maximum number of drivers on track at any time with time gaps between each to minimise the risk of accidents to ensure there is limited potential impact on medical services should the worst happen – please remind kids to play it safe on and off track to minimise risk! One accident and we close.

We believe it is highly likely this may be the last weekend for a few weeks due to the suspected incoming restrictions that may be announced on Monday – we must cap attendees however at a maximum of 50 for this Weekend, if we are lucky enough and we feel members are following the precautions we may open again if government advice allows it. We recommend gloves and face masks/scarves over faces at the venue also.

We advise bringing your own hand gels, washing facilities will always be available but please gel your hands upon leaving toilets and keep them clean. Please also park with a bay between each vehicle to ensure space between everyone.

We are unsure if Larkhall Circuit will provide food at this time, if it does you should treat it as a takeaway service only consuming such foods in your awning/vehicles.

Our 2023 information will be released soon.
